Dawson Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center is a member of the Concord Health Systems family and is located in historic Dawson Springs, Kentucky. Caring, dedicated professionals provide services to individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities. Services are available to those suffering mental illness and geriatric residents having psychiatric needs. Dawson Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center therapy provider, Evergreen Rehabilitation, offers residents a full array of services, including physical, occupational and speech therapies. A registered pharmacist monitors all medications to ensure proper protocol is followed when medicines are ordered, delivered, and dispensed. And, optometry, podiatry and dental care are available.
Two gated
courtyards provide residents with safe outdoor access. A secured deck
is also located on the grounds. Residents are encouraged to enjoy their
beautifully landscaped surroundings. Also, the WanderGuard
System is utilized to ensure the safety of all residents.
A barber and hairdresser perform grooming services in the recently remodeled beauty shop located off of the Administrative hall. A newly decorated dining room reflects a '1950s' theme, and idea suggested by a resident. Weekend admissions are welcome. Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and private insurances are accepted.
